崗位職責與責任：
負責對全球客戶的BESS制造現場進行預審核評估、線上檢查及最終產品抽檢。
作為客戶的主要聯(lián)絡人，就檢查結果和發(fā)現提供溝通。
在檢查過程中監(jiān)控日常生產參數和質量控制記錄（進料檢驗、過程檢驗、出貨檢驗）；解決問題并與工廠QC團隊協(xié)調。
編制并提交詳細的檢查報告。
協(xié)助制造商提升生產和質量控制流程。
協(xié)助管理層制定、維護及改進標準操作程序（SOPs）。
遵守所有內部SOP、政策和公司規(guī)章制度。
每月向后臺提交工作時間和費用報銷報告。
及時了解太陽能行業(yè)的技術進步，特別是供應商、客戶以及行業(yè)標準的相關動態(tài)。
Lead pre-audit evaluations, in-line inspections, and final product sampling inspections at BESS manufacturing sites for global clients.
Serve as the main contact for clients regarding inspection results and findings.
Monitor daily production parameters and quality control records (IQC, IPQC, OQC) during inspections; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with factory QC teams.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive inspection reports.
Support manufacturers in enhancing their production and quality control processes.
Assist management in developing, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with all internal SOPs, policies, and company regulations.
Submit monthly reports on working hours and expense claims to the back office.
Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the solar industry, especially regarding suppliers and clients and key developments concerning industry standards.
任職資格：
具有至少3年在BESS制造行業(yè)的質量保證（QA）經驗。
深刻理解BESS的質量控制和質量保證計劃（QAC/QAP）及生產流程。
熟悉IEC標準和國家標準（GB）關于BESS工廠驗收測試（FAT）和現場驗收測試（SAT）的相關要求。
愿意且能夠頻繁在中國境內出差，未來可能包括國際出差；能在壓力下管理多項任務。
良好的英語閱讀和書寫能力。
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a BESS manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of BESS Quality Control and Quality Assurance Plans (QAC/QAP) and production workflows.
Familiarity with IEC and GB standards for BESS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across China and in the future perhaps internationally; must be capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Good proficiency in English reading and writing is required.
